تجرى أول انتخابات تشريعية تالية لنفاذ الدستور الصادر فى الثامن عشر من يناير
سنة ٢٠١٤ ، تحت الإشراف القضائى الكامل للجنة العليا للانتخابات المنصوص عليها
فى المادة (٢٢٨) من الدستور ، ويشار إليها فى هذا القانون بمسمى (اللجنة العليا) .
