Article 20 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

تنشأ لجنة للنظر فى الطلبات المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة يصدر بتشكيلها قرار
من اللجنة العليا برئاسة رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية للمحافظة رئيسا وعضوية قاضيين
بالمحاكم الابتدائية يختارهما مجلس القضاء الأعلى ، ويتولى الأمانة الفنية للجنة
ممثل لوزارة الداخلية يختاره وزيرها ، وتفصل اللجنة بقرار منها فى الطلب المقدم إليها
خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تقديمه ، وتبلغ قرارها إلى ذوى الشأن خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ صدوره .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية كيفية تقديم الطلب وقيده ونظره والفصل فيه وإعلانه .
