Article 21 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

لكل من رفض طلبه أو تقرر حذف اسمه ، الطعن بغير رسوم فى قرار اللجنة المشار إليها
فى المادة السابقة أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى المختصة ، وعلى قلم كتاب هذه المحكمة
قيد تلك الطلبات بحسب ورودها فى سجل خاص ، وإخطار مقدم الطلب ورئيس لجنة القيد
ورئيس اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة وذوى الشأن بكتاب مسجل مصحوبا
بعلم الوصول بتاريخ الجلسة المحددة لنظر الطعن ، على أن يتم الإخطار قبل ذلك
بخمسة أيام على الأقل .
