ينشر هذا القانون فى الجريدة الرسمية ، ويعمل به من اليوم التالى لتاريخ نشره وذلك فيما عدا الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة ( ٤٨ ) فيعمل بها اعتبارا من أول يوليو ١٩٧٨ كما يعمل بالفقرتين الثانية والثالثة من المادة ( ٨٢ ) اعتبارا من أول يناير ١٩٧٧
يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة ، وينفذ كقانون من قوانينها ؛
صدر برئاسة الجمهورية فى ٢٩ شعبان سنة ١٤٠٢ ( ٢١ يونيه سنة ١٩٨٢ )
