يحدد وزير الخارجية بصفة دورية بالاتفاق مع وزير المالية والوزراء
المختصين الرسوم القنصلية ويصدر بها قرار من رئيس الجمهورية .
وتعفى من هذه الرسوم :
(١) المحررات الخاصة بالفقراء .
(ب) المحررات التي يطلبها موظفو الدول الأجنبية بصفتهم الرسمية لاستعمالهم الخاص
أو لاستعمال التابعين لهم وذلك على سبيل المجاملة وبشرط المعاملة بالمثل .
