تكون سكنى رئيس بعثة التمثيل الدبلوماسى أو القنصلى أو بعثة رعاية المصالح فى مسكن مؤثث تملكه وزارة الخارجية أو تستأجره كما تتحمل المصروفات اللازمة لذلك وفقا للقواعد التى يقرها وزير الخارجية .
