لرئيس البعثة عند وجود أسباب قوية وموجبة للاستعجال أن يوقف مؤقتا أى عضو من أعضاء البعثة على أن يخطر وزير الخارجية فورا بذلك . وللوزير إلغاء الوقف أو مده مع مراعاة ما نصت عليه المادة السابقة .
