يمنح أعضاء السلك وغيرهم من العاملين بالخارج إعانة غلاء معيشة وإعانة عائلية وبدل ملابس وبدل نقل وبدل سفر ومصروفات انتقال لهم ولزوجاتهم وأولادهم ومن يعولونهم من أفراد أسرهم وخدمهم وذلك بالشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على اقتراح من وزير الخارجية .
