فيما عدا ما نص عليه فى المواد 4، 5، 6 من القانون رقم 107 لسنة 1976 بإنشاء صندوق تمويل مشروعات الإسكان الاقتصادى، يلغى الصندوق المشار إليه وتوزع حصيلة موارد هذا الصندوق على المحافظات وفقا للقواعد والنسب التى يضعها مجلس المحافظين بالاتفاق مع وزيرى المالية والإسكان.
