تستمر المجالس المحلية بتشكيلها الحالى إلى نهاية مدتها، على أن تجرى الانتخابات لتشكيل المجالس الجديدة، وفقا لأحكام القانون المرافق، خلال الستين يوما السابقة على انتهاء مدة المجالس الحالية.
