ينشأ بالوزارة المختصة بالإدارة المحلية إدارة تسمى إدارة التفتيش والمتابعة ،
ويكون مهمتها تطبيق نظام للتفتيش الفني والإداري على العاملين بالإدارة المحلية المختلفة ،
والإشراف والرقابة عليهم ومتابعة إنجازهم لأعمالهم ، ويصدر بتشكيل واختصاصات الإدارة
قرار من الوزير المختص بالإدارة المحلية .
