يجوز بقرار من وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع الوزير المختص بالإدارة المحلية
منح بعض العاملين بإدارة التفتيش والمتابعة الذين يحددهم الوزير المختص بالإدارة المحلية
صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي بالنسبة للجرائم التي يرتكبها العاملون بالوحدات المحلية
والمتعلقة بالأعمال التي يباشرونها ، أو تلك التي تتكشف لهم من خلال القيام بأعمال التفتيش
أو تلك التي يتم إبلاغهم بها .
