يشكل بكل مدينة مجلس تنفيذى برئاسة رئيس المدينة وعضوية كل من:
(1) مديرى ادارات الخدمات والانتاج بالمدينة الذين تحددهم اللائحة التنفيذية.
(2) سكرتير المدينة ويكون أمينا للمجلس.
ويجتمع هذا المجلس بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل أسبوعين فى المكان الذى يحدده، وفى حالة غياب الرئيس يحل محله مأمور المركز.
