يشكل بكل مركز مجلس تنفيذى برئاسة رئيس المركز وعضوية كل من:
(1) مديرى ادارات الخدمات والانتاج بالمركز الذين تحددهم اللائحة التنفيذية ورؤساء المدن والقرى الواقعة فى نطاقه.
(2) سكرتير المركز ويكون أمينا للجنة.
ويجتمع هذا المجلس بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل أسبوعين فى المكان الذى يحدده.
