يبدى المجلس الشعبى المحلى للمحافظة رأيه في الموضوعات التى يرغب المحافظ أو الوزراء المختصون استشارته فيها، وعلى المحافظ أن يعرض على مجلس المحافظين رغبات المجلس الشعبى المحلى التى لا يمكن تنفيذها على مستوى المحافظة.
