يتمتع الحزب السياسي في سبيل ممارسته لأنشطته على النحو
الوارد في المادة (٩ مكررا) من هذا القانون بكافة الضمانات التي تكفل حرية هذه الممارسة،
وعلى وجه الخصوص ما يأتي:
١ - عدم جواز اشتراط الإفصاح عن العضوية الحزبية في الوثائق الرسمية.
٢ - المساواة في المعاملة بين أعضاء الأحزاب المتنافسة، وعدم التمييز بينهم
لسبب يرجع إلى عضوية حزب معين.
