رئيس الحزب هو الذى يمثله فى كل ما يتعلق بشئونه أمام القضاء أو أمام أية جهة أخرى أو فى مواجهة الغير .
ويجوز لرئيس الحزب أن ينيب عنه واحدا أو أكثر من قيادات الحزب فى مباشرة بعض اختصاصات رئيسه وذلك طبقا لنظامه الداخلى .
