تضع لجنة شئون الأحزاب السياسية القواعد المنظمة لاتصال الحزب بأى حزب
أو تنظيم سياسى أجنبى وذلك بناء على ما يقترحه رئيس هذه اللجنة .
ولا يجوز لأى حزب التعاون أو التحالف مع أى حزب أو تنظيم سياسى أجنبى إلا طبقا للقواعد المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة .
