لايجوز التصريح بالاتجار فى الأسلحة وذخائرها أو صنعها
أو إصلاحها بجميع أنواعها فى غير المدن والنادر .
ويحدد بقرار من وزير الداخلية عدد الرخص التى تخص لكل محافظة
أو مديرية والاشتراطات التى يرى ضرورة توافرها فى المحل .
