على المرخص له الاتجار فى الأسلحة أو ذخائرها أن يمسك
دفترين لكل من الأسلحة والذخائر الآتية يقيد فى أحدهما الوارد منها
وفى الثانى ما يتم فيها من تصرفات :
( ا ) الأسلحة النارية غير المششخنة .
(ب) الأسلحة النارية المششخنة المنصوص عليها فى القسم الأول
من الجدول رقم ٣
(ج) ذخيرة الأسلحة النارية [غير مقروء] المششخنة .
( د ) ذخيرة الأسلحة المششخنة والأوتوماتيكية بما فيها المسدسات .
( ه ) أجزاء الأسلحة .
