يعاقب على مخالفة أحكام المادة الثانية، والفقرة الأولى من المادة الثالثة من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه عن كل فدان أو كسر منه.
