إذا طرأ لأى سبب من الأسباب ما يمس كيان النقابة المالى ، فللأعضاء مجتمعين فى هيئة جمعية عمومية بعد تصديق الوزراء المختصين بقطاعات الإعلام والثقافة والتأمينات الاجتماعية ، حل الصندوق المنشأ بمقتضى هذا القانون وأن يقرروا فى هذه الحالة طريقة استعمال وتوزيع رصيده ويشترط لصحة الاجتماع ألا يقل عدد الحاضرين عن ثلثى عدد الأعضاء الذين لهم حق حضور الجمعية العمومية ، وأن يصدر بأغلبية ثلثى الأعضاء الحاضرين .
