يجوز للجنة الصندوق أن تقرر للعضو إعانة وقتية إذا ماطرأت لظروف تقتضى إعانته وللجنة أن تقرر له إذا اقتضى الأمر مرتبا شهريا لمدة لا تزيد على سنة ، ولها أن تقرر استمرار صرف هذه الإعانة سنويا على ألا تزيد المدة على خمس سنوات .
