يجوز للجنة أن تمنح إعانات أو مرتبات شهرية لمستحق عن المتوفى إذا لم تتوافر فيه شروط الحصول على المعاش طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
وتحدد هذه الإعانات والمرتبات وفقا للقواعد التى يقررها النظام الداخلى للنقابة .
