تشكل في كل نقابة لجنة لقيد الأعضاء ويعهد إليها بجداول القيد وتؤلف من وكيل النقابة الأكبر سنا رئيسا وعضوية اثنين يختارهما مجلس النقابة من أعضائه سنويا ، وتنعقد هذه اللجنة مرة على الأقل كل شهر .
