يختص بتأديب الأعضاء مجلس تأديب يشكل برئاسة النقيب وعضوية مستشار مساعد من مجلس الدولة وممثل للوزارة المختصة وعضوين من مجلس النقابة يختار أحدهما المجلس ويختار الآخر العضو المحال إلى مجلس التأديب .
