يعلن العضو بالحضور أمام مجلس التأديب بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول يتضمن موعد الجلسة ومكانها وملخص التهم المنسوبة إليه وذلك قبل تاريخ الجلسة بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
ويجب أن يبلغ العضو رئيس المجلس قبل الجلسة بسبعة أيام باسم عضو مجلس النقابة الذى يختاره ، وإلا اختاره مجلس النقابة .
