لا يجوز لمجلس النقابة العدول عن قرار أصدره بأغلبية ثلثي الأعضاء الحاضرين بشرط ألا يقل عدد الحاضرين ممن حضروا الجلسة التي صدر فيها القرار ، وأن يدرج الموضوع في جدول أعمال المجلس ويخطر به الأعضاء قبل الجلسة المحددة للنظر بثلاثة أيام على الأقل .
