يختص وكيلا النقيب بالمسائل الآتية :
( أ ) ينوب أكبرهما سنا عن النقيب عند غيابه .
( ب ) التوقيع على الشيكات وأذون الصرف توقيعا ( أولا ) .
( ج ) اقتراح تعيين الموظفين ومنحهم العلاوات والترقيات وتأديبهم طبقا للنظام الداخلي للنقابة .
( د ) مباشرة الأعمال التي يفوضهما فيها مجلس النقابة منفردين .
