يختص النقيب بالمسائل الآتية :
( أ ) توجيه الدعوة للجمعية العمومية العادية وغير العادية وتولي رئاستها ورئاسة جلسات مجلس النقابة .
( ب ) تمثيل النقابة لدى الغير وأمام القضاء .
( ج ) القيام باتخاذ الإجراءات التي يتطلبها وضع قرارات مجلس النقابة موضع التنفيذ .
( د ) مباشرة المهام والأعمال الأخرى التي يفوضه فيها مجلس النقابة .
