إذا زالت عضوية أحد أعضاء المجلس أو خلا مكانه لأي سبب من الأسباب حل محله وللمدة الباقية من حاز أكثر الأصوات بعده في انتخابات مجلس النقابة . فإذا كان عدد الأماكن الشاغرة في المجلس ثلاثة فأكثر دعيت الجمعية العمومية خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ خلوها لانتخاب أعضاء للمراكز الشاغرة يكملون مدة الأعضاء الذين حلوا محلهم .
