تتكون الجمعية العمومية للنقابة من الأعضاء المؤسسين ومن ينضم إليهم مستقبلا من الأعضاء المقيدين في الجدول العام الذين سددوا الاشتراك السنوي المستحق قبل تاريخ الاجتماع العادي بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل ، على أن يكون قد مضى على عضوية المنضمين إلى النقابة ستة أشهر على الأقل .
