إذا رفض طلب القيد فلا يجوز للطالب تجديد طلبه ، إلا إذا زالت الأسباب التي حالت دون قبول قيده ، وانقضت سنة على الأقل من التاريخ الذي أصبح فيه قرار الرفض نهائيا . ويتبع في شأن تجديد طلب القيد القواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بالقيد والتظلم منه المنصوص عليها في المواد السابقة .
