فى حالة عدم سداد العضو الاشتراكات المتأخرة عليه بعد فوات المهلة الممنوحة له للسداد والمشار إليها فى المادة السابقة ، يستبعد اسمه من جداول النقابة وإذا رغب فى إعادة قيده فعليه سداد جميع المستحق عليه بالفئة الجديدة للاشتراك بالإضافة إلى دفع رسم إعادة قيد قدره خمسة جنيهات .
