Since 22 June 1978
يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من زاول عملا من الأعمال المهنية المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٢ ) من هذا القانون ولم يكن من المقيدين بجداول النقابة أو كان ممنوعا من مزاولة المهنة مالم يكن حاصلا على تصريح مؤقت للعمل طبقا للمادة ( ٥ ) من هذا القانون .
كما يعاقب بذات العقوبة كل من تعاقد مع أحد من غير أعضاء النقابة العاملين أو من غير الحاصلين على تصاريح مؤقتة للعمل .
