يصدر الاتحاد العام قرارا بتشكيل لجان للإشراف على انتخابات النقابات الثلاث على أن يكون فى كل لجنة عضو قانونى على الأقل، كما يصدر قرار بتحديد موعد فتح باب الترشيح وقفله من النقابات الثلاث وتحديد موعد إجراء الانتخابات.
