يكون اجتماع الاتحاد العام صحيحا إذا حضره ثمانية أعضاء على الأقل ، وتصدر قراراته بأغلبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين ، وعند تساوى الأصوات يرجح رأى الجانب الذى منه الرئيس ، وتكون قراراته نهائية وملزمة لكل نقابة .
