يجتمع الاتحاد العام بمقر إحدى النقابات سالفة الذكر اجتماعا عاديا مرة كل ثلاثة أشهر ، ويجوز أن يجتمع اجتماعا غير عادى بناء على قرار يصدره مجلس إحدى النقابات المذكورة ، أو بناء على طلب من الوزير المختص .
