يعاقب المحكوم عليه على كل مخالفة لأحكام المادة الثانية تقع باستعمال الحقوق التي حرم منها بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائتي جنيه ولا تزيد على ألفين أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ويعاقب بالعقوبة ذاتها من اشترك في المخالفة بأي طريق من طرق الاشتراك.
