فيما عدا الأحكام السابقة يتبع في حفظ النظام في الجلسة وفي تنحى القضاء وردهم. وفي نظر الدعوة وفي الشهود والأدلة الأخرى الأحكام المقررة لذلك قانون الإجراءات الجنائية لمحاكم الجنح على أن تختصر المحكمة ذاتها بالفصل في الرد.
