يرد صنف الرسم المقرر فى حالة رفض طلب القيد او التاشير او التجديد ولا تحصل رسوم على طلبات المحو من السجل
التجارى .
وتعفى من الرسوم المستخرجات والشهادات التى تطلبها مصالح الحكومة والهيئات العامة ووحدات التجارة المحلية
والغرف التجارية .
