تحظر مزاولة التجارة فى محل تجارى الا لمن يكون اسمه مقيدا فى السجل الذى يقع فى دائرته المحل التجارى .
وتكتسب صفة التاجر من تاريخ هذا القيد ما لم تثبت تلك الصفة بطريقة اخرى .
