يستمر المجلس الحالي لنقابة المهن الزراعية المنشأة بالقانون رقم ١٤٩ لسنة ١٩٤٩ والجمعية العامة الحالية ، في ممارسة اختصاصاتهما بصفة مؤقتة لوضع اللوائح والخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ هذا القانون وإجراء الانتخابات لجميع التنظيمات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون في مدى تسعة شهور من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون و بذلك تنتهي عضوية .
