يجب على مجلس النقابة تبليغ القرارات التأديبية النهائية إلى الوزارات أو المصالح أو المؤسسات أو الهيئات أو الشركات العامة أو الخاصة التابع لها المتهم في خلال أسبوع من تاريخ صدورها .
و إذا كان الحكم النهائي صادرا بالإيقاف أو إسقاط عضوية النقابة نشر منطوقه دون الأسباب في الجريدة الرسمية .
