يجوز لمن صدر قرار بإسقاط عضويته للنقابة أن يطلب من هيئة الدرجة الثانية التأديبية بعد مضى خمس سنوات ميلادية من تاريخ القرار النهائي إصدار قرار بإنهاء أثر العقوبة فإذا أجيب طلبه كان له الحق في طلب إعادة قيد اسمه في السجل من جديد .
و إذا قررت الهيئة رفض طلبه جاز له تجديده مرة أخرى بعد ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ إعلانه بقرار الرفض .
