يصدر الأمر بتنفيذ قرار مجلس النقابة أو مجلس الفرع بتقدير الأتعاب من رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية المختصة أو القاضي الجزئي بحسب الأحوال ، و يحصل قلم كتاب المحكمة عن هذا الأمر رسما بنسبة ٢ ./. عن المائتي جنيه الأولى من الأتعاب المقدرة و ١ ./. عما زاد على ذلك ، ولا يكون الأمر التقدير نافذا إلا بعد انتهاء ميعاد التظلم .
