يكون انتخاب رئيس الفرع لمدة سنتين ، ولا يجوز انتخابه أكثر من مرتين متتاليتين ، أما أعضاء مجلس إدارة الفرع فيكون انتخابهم لمدة ثلاث سنوات ويجوز تجديد انتخابهم وبعد انتهاء السنة الأولى يسقط بالقرعة ثلث عدد الأعضاء ويسقط نصف الأعضاء الباقين بالقرعة في السنة الثانية ولا يدخل رئيس الفرع في الاقتراع .
