يصدر مجلس النقابة قرارا بإسقاط عضوية مجلس النقابة عن العضو إذا فقد شرطا من شروط الأهلية للانتخاب .
وللمجلس أن يقرر سقوط عضوية من غاب عن جلساته خمس مرات متتالية بغير عذر يقبله المجلس وذلك بعد دعوته لسماع أقواله .
