بمجرد قيام الراسى عليه المزاد بأداء الثمن بأكمله ورسم
[غير مقروء] قدره ٥ ٪ والمصروفات يتولى الحاجز شهر محضر البيع على حساب
الراسى عليه المزاد بعد مضى الميعاد المنصوص عليه فى المادة السابقة وبعد
تحصيل رسوم الشهر منه ويسلمه صورة رسمية من محضر البيع المسجل
الذى يكون سندا للتمليك وله قوة العقد الرسمى على ألا ينقل للمشترى سوى
ما كان للمدين أو الحائز من حقوق فى العقار المبيع .
