يجوز للراسى عليه المزاد أن يقرر فى القلم المختص
بالمحافظة أو المديرية قبل انقضاء الثلاثة الأيام التالية ليوم البيع أنه اشترى
بالتوكيل عن شخص معين إذا وافقه على ذلك الموكل .
ويعتبر الموكل فى هذه الحالة هو الراسى عليه المزاد .
